All our orders are prepared and shipped via Colissimo, with tracking. The rates below apply according to the destination and weight of the package.
Mainland France

Preparation times.Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.
Colissimo delivery times.Allow approximately 2 to 3 business days in France, 4 to 8 days in Europe, and 5 to 12 days internationally depending on the destination.
Orders of more than 2 items.For bulky orders, shipping costs are recalculated based on the actual weight of the package and displayed at the time of payment.
Customs duties and taxes.For shipments outside the European Union, potential customs duties or local taxes may apply upon receipt. These remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery address.Please check the accuracy of your address when ordering. BOMOCO cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
