Shipping Policy
At BOMOCO, we are committed to ensuring reliable delivery for all orders of our DRC-inspired pieces. Once your order is placed, it is carefully prepared before shipping. The standard preparation time is 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional operations, this period may be slightly longer.

Delivery times depend on your location, chosen delivery method, carrier, and potential customs or local delivery delays. After shipment, a tracking number may be provided if applicable. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. BOMOCO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and delivery method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable. For orders of more than 2 items, shipping costs are recalculated based on the actual weight of the package. Refund Policy
At BOMOCO, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to have a seamless shopping experience when purchasing our DRC-inspired items—tracksuits, jerseys, and caps. To process your request quickly, please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the problem.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging, if applicable. We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, washing, customer-induced damage, or in cases of incorrect size purchased. Once your return request is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it and then inform you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after validation. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. For any questions regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges, our team is at your disposal.
